On August 18, 2018, we held the face-to-face seminar on SMED and OEE at the facilities of the Central University in Bogotá with the support of Lean Excellence Consulting.
We had the assistance of 21 participants from large companies in Colombia from the cities of Bogotá, Cartagena, Cali and Bucaramanga.
Our participants had the opportunity to learn what it is and how to apply the SMED methodology in the production plant, how companies increase production by 40% without investing new resources, how to measure and implement OEE for a machine, line or plant, among many other topics.
We held a practical workshop where our attendees were able to test what they had learned.
